Thank you for shopping at Pitter Patter! We want you to be completely happy with your purchase of our adorable kids' shoes. We understand that finding the perfect fit for growing feet can sometimes take a little trial and error, so we've made our refund policy as family-friendly as possible.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. This gives you plenty of time to try on the shoes at home and make sure they're just right.
Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
To qualify for a full refund or exchange:

Shoes must be unworn, in new condition, with all original tags attached.

Shoes must be returned in their original packaging (including the shoe box, which should be undamaged and free of labels or tape).

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
We inspect all returns, and items that show signs of wear, dirt, or damage may not be eligible for a refund.
Note: Sale items, final sale products, or personalized/custom shoes are not eligible for return or refund unless defective.
How to Return an Item

Log into your account on our website and go to your order history to start the return process (or contact our customer service if you checked out as a guest).

We'll provide a return shipping label for your convenience.

Pack the shoes securely in the original box and packaging.

Drop off your package at the designated carrier.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Refunds typically process within 5-10 business days after we receive the item, though it may take longer for the credit to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card issuer.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.
Defective or Damaged Items

If your shoes arrive damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
