Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses). International shipping is not available at this time, but we're always looking to expand—sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know!
Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).

During peak seasons (like back-to-school or holidays), processing may take up to 7 business days.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We partner with trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx to deliver your package. Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout based on your location:

Standard Shipping: 5-8 business days – (Free on all orders)
*Estimated delivery times begin once your order has shipped and do not include processing time. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Free Shipping
Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders (after discounts, before taxes).
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. You can also track your order by logging into your account on pitterpattershoes.com.
Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes for expedited or express methods (Standard shipping via USPS is available for P.O. Boxes).

Certain oversized or heavy items may have additional shipping fees, which will be noted on the product page.
Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for packages once they are in the carrier's possession.

If your package is delayed, please check the tracking information first.

For lost packages, contact us within 30 days of the ship date, and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue (this may include reshipping or refunding your order).
Damaged Items During Shipping
If your shoes arrive damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout—we're not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Additional fees may apply for re-shipping.
